★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John's your man! He helped me out tremendously. I was looking for a car dolly. He had what I needed but I was not able to get there until after hours. NO PROBLEM! He waited around, had the paperwork ready for me when I got there, helped me with some final touches before I towed the trailer away and explained everyting I needed to do to have it registered (I'm new to Alberta). Nice location. Great store. Great guy! Thanks, John.

John is a perfect 10. Right from the initial phone call to the showings to setting up my hitch. If John is saying it it is almost certainly the truth.
I had a no pressure sale and John assisted me with virtually everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We looked at many places for a smaller trailer and found an interesting one at Vulcan Autoplex. We drove down and talked to manager John McLaughlin who showed us every detail of the trailer and how it compared to others. He even took the time to show us older used trailers to see how their different construction methods haven't held up over the years compared to the one we were looking at. He took a deposit to hold it for us while we checked on how it would fit in the space we had to park it. When we decided to take it he had the trailer checked over, cleaned up, and ready to go. He showed us an easy way to hitch up the load leveling hitch, he checked that all the lights worked and that everything was safe and ready to go. We purchased an electric jack which he installed for us then and there. I know we wouldn't have got that kind of service at the big places around Calgary, it was a pleasure dealing with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a brand new Rockwood Mini Lite from John McLaughlin at Vulcan Autoplex and never had a single moment of buyer's remorse. The sales process was smooth with John who is a stand-up straight shooter as honest as the day is long. We bought the unit in March but didn't take delivery until May when the snow finally melted, John stored the unit for us, installed the after market solar panel and had it dewinterized and ready for pick-up for May long (or whenever we needed it). John took the time to load-up the old 6volt batteries from our old trailer and balance the equalizer hitch as well. He also is full of great advice and tips that only an experienced camper and RV connoisseur would know; he's a sales manager who actually camps a lot (including winter camping) so he knows his stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John at Vulcan Autoplex and/or the staff at High River Autoplex to anyone looking for a new or used trailer. Also, check-out the shop at High River for any RV supplies and parts you might need, they have tons in stock so it may save you from having to wait for an order. Thanks John!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was driving past Vulcan autoplex on my way to Calgary, I seen a trailer and went into see the staff.
I realized what I thought I wanted wasn’t what I needed. I must say, the staff were amazing and directed me in the correct direction saving me money really and losing a sale but that is what I appreciated. Great company to deal with as I’ve been to others and the knowledge, understanding just blown me away. Knowledge of what I really needed and the understanding of my situation and needs.
I can only but recommend this company for their knowledge, understanding, listening skill, dedication and most importantly their attitude, friendly ness and understanding! Outstanding in my view and that’s in comparison with the other dealer I went to. Recommended 1000% save yourself the weeks of online research. I wish I did but hay, I’m a happy camper now.
