What if a person rely s on that for heat? They don't care there all warm in the store and to lazy to go out and do it. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on and will discourage as many people possible to do the same...

Young woman, could not answer a simple question. Sell propane, but no one trained in how to dispense. No one at the cash counter. Of in the corner eating a bar
K	Keith Christie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service has gone downhill significantly over the years, often finding rude staff or management at the tills. Sandwiches and other non-brand name products are very expensive. Issues with not being able to payout lottery or refusing to scan tickets.

Two other customers are discussing the election when she says she voted liberal. She was either trying to annoy everyone or she really is a liberal . Either way go to it's better service and operated by nicer folks .

B	Bernadette Belsonda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to spend the night for truckers. Not as large parking area for semis as other PetroPass Truckstops, but still a good space for some. Offers laundry and shower services, but this is the 1st PP we've been to where shower is only free within the day of 200L fuel purchase, or pay $6. And this is the reason why I am giving it only 3stars. They do have a free wifi with a fair connection. Bigrigcouple enjoyed the massage chair in the driver's lounge, use loonie for 2mins or toonie for 4mins. Bring lots of toonies!!! Would still consider this truckstop again.
J	J R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go here for Propane they say "sorry we don't have anybody that can do that right now...try High river" ya, OK I'm going to drive 45 minutes each way to High river for a bottle of Propane. I only refill my tank every 4 months or so and like I said I'm turned away every time. Why do you guys even have Propane if you refuse to sell it. Some people require this fuel for heat, cooking etc. Their store is overpriced. Fuel price is 10 to 20 cents higher than anywhere else in Alberta, Drivers lounge has been closed and used as a storage room for years. (Covid restrictions are lifted you can open up the drivers room now!) There are other better options in town.

I have never seen such horrible customer disrespect. I fuel up at petro Canada every day, 500 to 800 liters. I will definitely not stop here ever again.
