★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hello, no welcome, straight up: it's 14 minutes for your burger. If I'm waiting 24 minutes, fine, but they messed up my order. I ordered onion rings but got fries and a side of attitude. This location is swamping the a&w brand hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice burgers. I like that the beef is all grass fed and that you can adapt your order (ie swap out the bun for a lettuce wrap) also a big fan of the sweet potato fries!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was hot and fresh and they got everything correct, unfortunately this fast food took 25 minutes through the drive-thru with most orders taking 5-8 minutes from after payment, unfortunately there are not a lot of options for "fast food" in the area, other options are subway or gas station beef jerky

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has been ok in past visits, but.......Bought a Best-Burger-Ever at 8 PM on Sunday, 1st May 2022. About one hour later started having burps. Was up all night with powerful bealches and gas and trips to the WC. About 7 AM diarrhea started. It is now early afternoon and things are getting better but srill some rumblings.
Somebody cooked something they shouldn't have!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used app and was charged 33 bucks to my card. I get there to find out they don't have the lemonade on an order already paid for and their amount came in at 32. They were then wanting me to pay for the lemonade that was already purchased claiming the app is an outside company. I live here in town and go to this A&W more than i should and the service today was abysmal. You lost a customer who spends a lot there due to the terrible service. A combo comes with a drink yet you wanted to charge me again because your screen didn't have it yet my bank tells me it was charged. Do better
