★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starting a new business during a global pandemic is a big challenge. Government restrictions, uncertain sales, and supply chain issues are pushing every industry to adapt these days.
Working with Vive Vending is like being able to skip all of those challenges! The descriptions of their machines matched exactly the machines I received. Nothing was late. The extra information they provided about the vending industry was invaluable. When I had questions the staff not only went above and beyond by providing helpful feedback and contacts to speak to about other parts of the vending business, but I never waited more than 24 hours for a detailed reply.
It is clear the staff at Vive Vending are seasoned professionals, and I am so grateful I went with them as my machine supplier over the many other vendors I was looking into. After receiving my machines I decided to add some additional features to them and Vive is still there for me past the initial sale. They were happy to promptly send me everything I wanted and provided all the support I needed to install the additional optional hardware.
As we add more machines to our route, I won't need to waste precious time finding a place to buy them from. Relationships and service are everything in this business. Vive understands that. You will be glad you chose to do business with this company.

Then we found the Vive Vending machine. Awesome selection of healthy snacks and they've been quick to answer our requests for sugar-free and gluten-free items. Pricing is fair - and it takes Apple Pay. All around great service, would highly recommend!
