This is probably due to a disagreement with our strata managing broker…. And the lack of management that we received.
This is a separate business and the management company should not be allowed to do this. Upon speaking with power strata technical support he verified it is nothing to do with power strata. He could not resolve my complaint unfortunately.
I would like to add when I had access to my account it was great! Everything is laid out very nice and clear. It is a great platform to use for strata related business. In the future I am hopeful they can resolve the problem of management company being able to suspend someone. Otherwise 5 stars and great company to deal with.
