★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESI sold a one time license to ESI law to me less than two years ago, and now tells me the product is discontinued and I should change to their subscription product to resolve the problems I face with it, which included failures for it to report items in its limitation system.
They reneged on commitments and stopped responding to emails when requested to stand behind their product and sales representations.
Very disappointing, the people at ESI seem pleasant and I wanted to support a Canadian company.
