She runs very professional operation where you always feel taken care of and safe. Can I say more? I don’t know where else I would go. You can always tell when Viva has done your treatments.
N	Nicolas Ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect them to cancel on the same day and ruin your plans. Booked a spa for my wife’s birthday and only had 12 o’clock on Saturday. Friday we get a call asking if we could go earlier and my wife said let me think about it. Saturday morning about to call to say she could go earlier they said that the therapist left at 9:30 and even the 12 o’clock was cancelled. So what I read from this is that since they got a cancellation between 9:30 and 12, the therapist decided to leave and cancel her/his appointments. When called to get a solution no one answered Thanks for ruining my wife’s birthday present. PS: I know what you are going to say. Having such an opening between 9:30 and 12 might be too costly for your business and I would understand that, but I have 2 suggestions: 1. Charge a booking fee in case people cancel, or 2. When you call on Friday “offering” an earlier spot, explain that the 12 o’clock appointment wouldn’t be possible otherwise. My wife was trying to go at 10:30 but you called earlier to cancel everything. You need to get better at your booking management

My eyebrows have gotten out of hand in the 2 years of COVID. I was really nervous about it and brought in a gel I use. Vanessa and Marina threaded and tinted with a colour close to what I brought.. I was initially shocked to see these brows on my face, but trusted them that it gave me a “facelift” . It has take a few days to get used to, but now I’m sold. Loved their follow up, checking in on the services and my satisfaction. That’s a first too. I highly recommend this spa.

It's not all about painting on pretty polish! I have been coming to Viva for two years and have never been disappointed at the service.
