I was in the market to replace my CPAP unit, Kayden, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, in proving me with a replacement machine. Kayden’s experience was top notch. Even with a very busy business, and the restrictions of Covid 19, he had my new machine ordered, and set up for me, in less that a week. And yes I will continue to use Vitalaire Kamloops for all my CPAP supplies

I would like to take this time to advise VitalAire’s Head Office & anyone in the area around Kamloops area who is in the market to purchase CPAP equipement & supplies how amazing Marie Fast was for me. I live near 100 Mile & needed to purchase a new CPAP machine & mask etc. Living 2 hrs.away would not have been easy at the best of times but seeings as we are in the middle of COVI-19 made things even harder. Marie took me under her wing - she was marvellous, not only did she send in all the required paperwork to my extended health provider, she also looked after finding the proper equipment to suit my sleep apnea needs. She did all of this even though her office hours were less due to Covid. Marie was very professional but even more important to me was she was personable & oh so friendly. She feels the same way I do, treat someone the same way you would want to be treated. I received by far the Best customer service I have had in years! Thanks again Marie. Laura Streifel - A very happy VitalAire customer.

I would like to acknowledge Marie from the Kamloops office for her incredible service. She is a wonderful lady who runs the place herself, and especially during COVID-19. Her kindness, patience and support make it a pleasure to receive a phone call from her as well as meeting in person to pick up a test kit or purchase equipment. It is evident Marie cares about the patients by listening, explaining procedures and helping with insurance claims. It is a privilege to get her assistance to anyone who needs it.

I'm not happy right now, I've had to wait so lo g to replace my broken mask and it cannot be held with tape or glue anymore. It is hooped. I'm in need of a new one. I cannot sleep without it after at least 20 years of wearing due to life or death without it. I've always been very satisfied with service just not today.

On several occasions I have tried to call and end up in a useless loop where no one ever is available. Then you take time out of your day to drive to the office during normal operating hours and the office is dark, locked, and no hours of operation posted. So frustrating.

Went to pick up my sleep kit and it was defective. Had to wait weeks to get another one. Relative forgot to pick up the second time for I was at work. Went to go for a third pickup and never responded. Nice people tho
