We didn't have a lot of time to spare. One of our neighbors who had recenlty dealt with Assa Abloy recommended them to us. We called and explained our situation. They sent someone out right away. A new part and a couple hours later, we were on our way. Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the service man who came out to help us was exceptional. I would highly recommend Assa Abloy to anyone.

The situation was an emergency due to Murphy's law causing the garage door spring to break, and I having to take someone to a hospital appointment. We got the door open, and left it in the hands of Assa Abloy, who fixed the spring issue, and secured the door (and my home) in my absence. They dropped what they were doing and responded within minutes. Absolutely 5 stars +.

The installation work was excellent. During the harsh winter I damaging the bottom three panels with my snow plow. This spring they came and replaced the panels making the door perfect again. The cost of the repair work was indeed very good. All the staff are professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent technician, knowledgeable and professional, he diagnosed the problem and efficiently repaired the mechanism. His service truck had all the tools and replacement parts needed to complete the work. We’ve used this company going back to when they were Myron’s doors and always get quality punctual service at a reasonable price.
