★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst. The meter doesn’t work with new loonies and I have to try my credit card upwards of 15 times to make it work, no problems at other lots with the same card. Phone the number to tell them there is a problem and offer to go down and pay, all the parking attendant does is leaves passive aggressive fake tickets on your windshield claiming the meter does work when it doesn’t. Gave up, lots of street parking available with a 5 minute walk in the area... it takes longer than that to make the meter work. I get to class sooner by parking off campus. What a joke. Phone and complain if you have issues with the meter. I even showed them videos and nothing happened. The woman at the Tru parking office is nice though, it’s just the impark attendant that needs to learn how to do his job.
