★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a CPAP machine from here over a month ago, however pressure was not set properly (although they told me it would be). So far I have called them 3 times to get it adjusted, each time they assure me they will call me the next day about it. Still heard nothing, meanwhile my sleep is completely destroyed and I am risking dying during my sleep if I take certain medications or alcohol due to Vital Aire not adjusting my machine properly. Paid over $7000 for a non working product from a company that has refused my calls for over a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved from the south coast with a CPAP machine already in hand from a different service provider.
Since my machine was getting older and nearing the end of its life span, I started to check out replacement companies to start dealing with in the Okanagan.
My self living in the south okanagan, there really isnt many to pick from. So I had tried a company in Penticton ( a name i won't mention) and considering that I am a client of Veterans Affairs Canada and they pay for and monitor my compliance with the machine. O didnt think it would be hard to get a new service provider. I was surprisingly disappointed at the reception I got having come from the south coast.
So with considerable searching outside my area I seen that Vital Aire was also a supplier and servicer of CPAP machines. I contacted them and sure enough they were welcoming, accommodating and willing to take on a new client.
I got my appt at their Penticton office and was greeted openly by a very professional and understandable young lady
She downloaded my machine took all the info required to submit to Veteran Affairs and and a short time later I was contacted to come in and pick up my new machine which was explained to me how it works and what settings I can change if need be.
Over all, best experience to date and will highly recommend Vital Aire to anyone who wishes to treated well and looked after with respect.
Job well done ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Tara at the Kelowna VitalAire has been very helpful. She explains things/options very well and listens to my concerns. She answers all my questions and checks up on me with emails. Tara has made this big change as easy as possible.

They have consistently been customer oriented, understood my needs when I first started and took the time to explain different options to me, are proactive in doing periodic checkups and making suggestions to ensure my CPAP experience is working to my satisfaction. Raj and her fellow team members over the years have been exceptional and are the reason I don't hesitate to call or use the local office.

I was completely new to this experience and they made it much more bearable. Raj has been in communication with me for months to make sure I am doing ok with everything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been on CPAC for many years (since 2010) and was with a different company in Kelowna,. They never followed up with me after I bought the machine not even to check up. I didnt even know there were so many new choices for masks and machines until I went to Vital aire. The girls there were very patient and helpful. They fixed my prescription because I felt the air was too low and after that i was sleeping much better! Thanks for all your help, it was a great experience and I'm so greatful that you follow up with me regularly to make sure things are still good. I reccomend the Lakeshore location to everyone!
