★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service at this BMO location. My husband and I set up a RESP account for a daughter at this location. We were informed that the person who helped us set up the account incorrectly. Last year we missed out on over 600 dollars worth of grants. This isn’t the first issue we have had at this location, in the past it took over a month to get a pre approval for a mortgage. I had to call weekly to get updates regarding this. I definitely would not recommend banking here.
