Let's get 2 machines back in for service because is faster service and with this visus issue it will help even if you dont have the visus in the air still bring back the other services machine so people can get faster service it was bad idea to take one away I am tall I've to bend over just to touch the keyboard

If you have ever watched the cartoon film Zootopia with the realllly slow sloths at the counter, that is exactly what the staff at this location are like. It's slow motion everytime i walk into the place, which is often. Just a friendly warning to the citizens who want sincere, quick and efficient service. Avoid this credit union b/c it's like watching a turtle cross the road. Maybe they can take notes from the awesome service across the parking lot at CIBC. I do admit it is entirely my fault for having an account at Interior Saving and putting myself through their painful proccess. Just be aware before entering this establishment, it'll be hours before you leave..

One star because -100 is not available. ONE teller on with a lineup to the door on a Saturday afternoon. ONE HOUR in a bank for a simple transaction and you finally get to the teller and she can type 3 words a minute with 300 mistakes and has no clue. They just don't care. The most pathetic "customer service" I've ever seen.

Only one atm and its much much too low having it placed 2 feet of the ground is very discriminatory toward average and tall people. I cannot even touch the keypad without having to significantly bend and hurt my back. If your only gonna have one atm i do not think its very smart to have it at a lever that only makes it comfortable from people in wheel chairs and shorter customers.

The lack of customer service, accountability, and integrity at this branch is absolutely pathetic. Save yourself the hassle and bank elsewhere. It took over 3 months to transfer my TFSA to another institution, and there was a lot of back and forth with employees with hoops to go through. When it finally did transfer I realized I was charged a large transfer fee that I was not notified of at any point in the process, even when they called me to confirm that I would like to transfer. I am still waiting to hear back from an employee (has still not responded even after I followed up a second time - sent Aug 10). I called customer service to express my disappointment, and was told to send in my concerns via the website. I left a feedback review on August 21 asking to be contacted, received an email August 23 saying my feedback was passed along to the branch manager and I would hear back in 1-2 business days. It is now September 3 and I have yet to receive a response from anyone at Interior Savings.

Only a singular atm which makes no sense and such limited hours it makes ever getting the time to come in next to impossible. Unless youre unemployed and not in school i dont really see how anyone manages to make these hours work. Plus the singular ATM has been "not in service" on multiple occasions.... youd think this would encourage them to get a second one but nope!

What did I want to do? I wanted to transfer title of a boat trailer that I had purchased last week. I went here, got day insurance to bring the trailer over, they sighted the vin on the trailer, and when I was about pay for the xfer, they said I would have to pay tax on the price of the boat because the bill of sale didn't have a price breaking out the trailer and boat as separate line items. I was a little annoyed, but they were trying to save me money so that was fine...but when I asked if I the trailer sale price could be zero seeing as how it came with the boat, they said it can't be zero. When I asked why, they told be it has to be the fair market value of the boat. I responded by saying, "well deals come in all shapes and sizes, they could have thrown the trailer in for free with the sale of the boat, so it could actually be zero." after which the lady in the back came over to loudly femsplain that zero wasn't an option. So then I asked," if your telling me it has to be fair market price, then you must know what the fair market price for this specific trailer is, in which case just tell me what that is so I can pay taxes on it and get outta here." .. Grudgingly I got in contact with the seller to send me a new bill of sale for the trailer which took a few days. Today, after me buying another day insurance to transport the trailer. I came back to the brokers with the new trailer bill of sale in hand ready to get the title transferred over and after an hour I was told I couldn't yet transfer the bill because the title on the trailer papers was in the wifes name and the BOS had to only have her signature. I kid you not, both his and her signatures were on both bill of sales, and are obviously in agreeance that they wanted to sell the boat and trailer together, yet because his name was on the BOS too, they wouldn't allow the title transfer. I think this review should act as a cautionary tale, but also as a reason to never go to this place for your icbc needs. Everyone behind the desk is a robot with little to no human intelligence or understanding. If you have something easy and by the books, sure come here.. maybe, and if your lucky you'll come out feeling good. But my experience has been absolute trash. They claim it's ICBC policy, and they could lose their license, but I seriously doubt this minor detail falls under license losing territory. Anyone with a brainstem could see that seller on title wanted to sell the trailer to me with their husband. Needless to say, I won't be transferring the title on sheer principal. it's bad enough that ICBC is a monopoly, it's also a bureaucratic nightmare.
