β β β β β Colin does amazing work to say the least. I highly recommend going to see him. Iβve been an athlete my entire life with countless injuries so Iβve gotten pretty good at keeping up with my own physical therapy when body parts arenβt working properly so when I started to get persistent back pain that I couldnβt just stretch and strength train out, I found Colin, after trying a βsports massage therapistβ who was totally useless. Colin focuses on actual figuring out and addressing the root of the issue, which is very different than just temporary relief. Heβs incredibly knowledgeable about how every system in the body is interrelated and uses a wide range of tools to get the systems working in harmony. For me it turned out my lower back pain stemmed from super tight quadriceps and a core that didnβt fire optimally despite my constant focus over the past several years on proper engagement, who woulda thought! A few session with Colin and I finally had relief. Iβd go to him once a week if I could. He works a lot on getting all your muscles balanced. I bet youβd be amazed at how well your body compensates for imbalances and how much better you can actually feel.
