J	Joshua Tanzola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. After going through some initial email communication and confirming an appointment time to view a property and no one showed up. My wife and son waited for half hour until finally someone picked up the phone and said they changed plans and come back tomorrow if we really wanted it without any notice when they had multiple forms of contact information. Not how I do business, I would never use or recommend them. Specifically - Rental Office of Jessica Fan PREC Hanna Realty Ltd
A	At23 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not one bit surprised to find the same type of reviews as the one I am about to leave. Just had the most awful experience. I have never not once in my life been treated with such rudeness and disrespect. There was some obvious miscommunication on the part of this office because when I showed up for the scheduled time there was no one at the house. I then called the office again and they said that someone would be right there. When The woman got out of the car she walked right passed me like I didn’t exist as I smiled to greet her. I asked her if everything was okay and she then started to scold me and yell in my face that my appointment time was for 730 to which I replied I had an email and also phone call from her office that we had changed the time to 7:45. After this my husband became upset because she was clearly treating me horribly as she kept saying if you’re going to see the house you’d better hurry up. We didn’t even end up seeing the property as we were so put off by her behaviour and she got in her car and stormed away. I just relocated here from Edmonton and I am appalled by this behaviour and I truly hope this is not the general way that people do business around here. I would never recommend this company and hope that they take a look at the way they conduct business.
S	Serhan Aksak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. They are extremely unprofessional. Their emails are worded weirdly and the agent called me at 10:30 pm out of nowhere. The agent Steven Fan was late by 30 minutes. He said it is because he fell asleep... They treat you like you don't exist. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
J	Jill Woodman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We applied to lease a luxury condo right next door to our current luxury condo. Jessica from Hanna called to tell us our Credit was “REALLY BAD”. We were shocked because our credit rating was actually GOOD which I was able to confirm and send to her(them). We are also Tier One leasing candidates confirmed by our agent. Jessica was unprofessional, refused to communicate with us, and downright rude and insulting. Had she taken the time to do her job properly and investigated our excellent references etc. She would have discovered we were perfect candidates. I highly recommend to anyone, do not bother with Hanna Realty...absolutely horrible!
M	Mildsawz81 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We currently rent from a property "run" by Jessica and her team. They are the absolute worst. For a property management team they have never managed this property. They have zero idea what's going on out here, as in they've been here once when it was purchased. They ask me if I can do their job 99 percent of the time, whether it's looking for renters for the basement suite or if it's trying to find a repair guy to fix the many issues this old house has. They are extremely rude, and have absolutely no idea about the rules and regulations between landlords and tenants. If there was a zero star option or a -50 star option here, I would click that one with the only regret that it was the lowest option I had. Just a brutal person and a terrible company. Run. Stay far away for your own sanity.
J	Jennifer Kent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After spending three weeks of my time trying to contact their company to arrange a viewing, repeatedly being told by the assistant that I would get a call back but never did, only to see the ad for the property I was interested in replaced three times with a higher price. They were clearly 'playing' their clients at the expense of our time and patience. Shame on them. Finding a home is stressful and time consuming enough without greedy people like them making it more difficult. They have clearly earned every bad review on Google.

Completely unprofessional and only want to cater to the Asians therefore leaving all others high and dry! In particular the office of Jessica Fan treats there possible clients extremely rude, refuses to return calls, and finally treats potential customers as if they were broke! Shame on you Jessica! Complete waste of time dealing with this women at Hanna Realty.
