★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first ever sugaring appointment with anybody. Rachel, the owner of the establishment did not disappoint me at all.
I scheduled and consulted her for a sugaring session. Her professionalism on educating the ins and out before my arrival was really appreciated. She warned me about the risk and factors put into play, so I come out without sudden surprises; clear and concise.
The session was also really professional. She took the time and care to make the whole experience as painless and professional as possible.
A+, I totally recommend her services. Whenever I come back to Vancouver, I'll book with you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Vita Felice! The owner Rachel is amazing and provides wonderful services. I received Sugaring and am totally hooked!! Far less painful than waxing and leaves you smooth for weeks. The studio is very clean and has a beautiful atmosphere. Rachel is very professional and caring, making you feel comfortable. She also takes the time to educate you on the products and protocols. 10/10 experience!

I was super pleased with the visit as she took the time to understand my skin and routines, and to explain what she was doing as the service proceeded. She was professional, careful and lovely to spend time with. My skin glowed at the end, and felt wonderful this morning. She also followed up with me today. She is amazing, and I highly recommend her services.

I have had some terrible experiences in New West with waxing and am so glad to find someone I can see regularly.
I find you pay for what you get but even so her prices are reasonable enough and you know you’ll get great treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lash lift and tint done by Rachel, but it didn't really work (not her fault--my eyes were unusually watery) and she offered to let me come back for a retouch at no extra cost! Now my lashes are absolutely gorgeous. Rachel did a wonderful job; she's very gentle and concerned with your comfort and satisfaction at all times. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for the experience!
