★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adele came highly recommended by a good friend and after three treatments from Adele I notice a considerable reduction in head, neck and back pain. Adele is kind and friendly and the treatments are gentle and subtle. I will definitely be returning to Adele for additional treatment and have already had my Mom and husband in to see her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Adele for Cranial Sacral therapy last month when I was experiencing a lot if stress in my life. She took her time listening to my needs and has a very warm and compassionate personality. The session was amazing, so relaxing, and she pinpointed areas that I didn't know were an issue for me until I felt the work unravelling the tensions. She finished my session with a wonderful hand massage and gave me lots of great feedback!
I loved it and I'll definitely be back! Fantastic practitioner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't truly understand how Adele's treatments work but the outcome is amazing. There is a calming of my nervous system that enables, my body to continue healing. As well, I experienced a powerful unblocking of birth trauma locked deep in my body. Adele truly has healing hands. She is very compassionate and fun. I highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adele is one of the best Therapists out there because she is very good at her job, she cares about you and takes your pain away, your body tension away and relaxes you. I came to see her for my lower back pain and knee pain and after each session my pain levels were less and less. I personally didn't believe that this therapy helps me but I have tried it and it worked. I am grateful to have Adele as my friend and therapist in my life. I highly recommend her to other people!

My digestive problems have been helped immensely through Adele and her cranial sacral therapy. Adele is very intuitive and caring.
