★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Bigfoot. Check this out for Traffic Control PPE, construction gear & industrial clothing and footwear. HUGE selection of steel-toed boots - know your prices at other stores before you go in. A few years back I got a yellow TCP jacket. Bigfoot was the only place that had the jacket liner AND the hood for twenty dollars less than the competition. Staff are helpful and will go to great lengths to get you outfitted for whatever job you do. Almost all the staff have been working here for over ten years and have great knowledge of the stock. They also carry seasonal outerwear at great prices. Some items they carry consiscarryly & others come and go. I check the store @ every 4 - 6 months, even if I 'm not buying, just checking new products. You could spend hours in here. Thank you Bigfoot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have big feet (I'm size 16) they had a limited selection, only 2 pairs, however beggars can't be choosers. Otherwise great selection of work apparel. Also they were very helpful on the phone and the prices are very affordable. I wish they carried more brands though apart from generic suppliers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes some of the items are over priced or not top quality but there are some good deals and good products. Just have to hunt for them there. Bought some gear today and forgot to pack one set of shoe laces when I was at the checkout. I was a good 2 blocks away when a store clerk came running after me asking to confirm I had the missing product, which I did not. I returned and got my shoe laces. That is great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selling used and saved products for full prices, every single product the have is at FULL MARKET PRICE or more. Sold me broken chalk line I've had to spend time to fix because they re packaged it as brand new but I think it wasn't I think they are repackaging damaged and old products to make more money.
Even the products listed with a 20%off price tag STILL are more expensive then at any other location. PERIOD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been shopping here since 2000...have always gotten amazing deals! Was in traffic control industry, bought all mine & the companies gear here. Never had any issues with anything. Even past few yrs, not in traffic control, have driven the distance, from canyon, just to go to this store, as their prices are amazing. Hubby bought a rain jacket at marks in Chilliwack for over 300$ (a 3 in 1)...I bought mine later that year at bigfoot for 120$...(a 5 in 1) of the exact same brand. It's worth it to me for the drive, to get a great deal & amazing staff. Yes they follow you, but only to make sure you find exactly what you need. Marks gave me attitude when I needed steel toe boots, I am ladies 11, they suggested I buy men's boots...instead of trying to help me. I drove to bigfoot, the owner asked my size, went straight to the rack, got me a pair of ladies size 11 narrow boots, that fit me like a pillow, and 1/4 the price of Marks. We always shop at bigfoot!!! Will be a sad day if they ever have to close down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store feels like a scam. Less than year ago I bought quilted pants here for less than 70 dollars and now the same pair of pants I purchased less than a year ago is a whopping 110 dollars. A few days ago I priced out a set of HH rain gear and leather boots which all now has their price magically rose by $30 in less than 3 days, which is like over 40% increase. I advise all buyers to check the prices online before you pull the trigger to purchase. I will never shop here ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly wouldn’t recommend. I tried returning a vest that I didn’t have use for, I wore it ONCE and I decided to return it. Drove there and tried to ask for a return but the cashier scanned literally ever detail and found tiny specks of ‘dirt’ and proceeded to tell me that the vest was super expensive, I didn’t see any dirt. I asked if I could clean it and she said it would only make it worse, so basically there was nothing I can do, I honestly don’t know why they have a return policy at that point if you’re not allowed to return things after only one use. One of the zipper straps broke off and there was tiny threads loose. Very cheap looking quality for $170. Not going back here, especially when you can find better at Walmart or Mark’s

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has lots of good items at decent prices, and I've shopped here for the last 2 years or so. This this is the 1st time that I've purchased a couple of items that just don't fit, and I tried to do a return or an exchange, but they don't do returns or exchanges, which is fine.
This is just a bit of a "buyer beware" kind of thing, make sure that whatever you're buying fits, and that there is no defects in it, because if you purchase it, that's it, it's yours. No further discussion.
That being said, this store has been decent otherwise, I'll continue to shop here, but I'll be a lot more cautious about making sure things are in good condition before purchasing.
