★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jenna is seriously magical!!! I always leave my acupuncture appointments in a great mood and most importantly in way less pain than I walked in with. She’s easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and thorough with assessments (I never feel rushed). Great communication both before and during treatments -which is great for someone like myself who hates needles and appreciates knowing when she’s going to poke me! Highly recommend seeing Jenna if you’re in need of pain management (and a short table nap) :P

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally started going to see Jenna, an amazing Acupuncturist, for a plethora of health issues. Jenna is a natural born healer with so much knowledge that made me feel listened to and cared for. She gave holistic advice to help me outside of the treatment room. She is meant for this job and I recommend her to everyone. And even better, she knows when to refer patients off - the whole point of being a specialist is to specialize in one thing - and when she felt like her work may not be the solution (even though it was super healing and helpful), she recommended I work with a naturopath (Alex Dragan). Then working with Dr. Dragan, I was helped and finally felt better so fast with her prescriptions (medicine and lifestyle). I have been living with health issues my entire life and these two are the reason I am healthy now. Sometimes I want to just book appointments to ask questions, because they are both so knowledgable. Front desk staff are also super sweet. if you made it this far into my review, clearly this place is 6/5 stars in my opinion! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa is fantastic. I have been seeing a massage therapist in Missions for over 10 years and decided to try Healing Cedar Wellness since it’s closer to home and booked with Lisa. She explained so much and showed me how to do my stretches properly without having to aggravate or injure myself. I definitely will be back! I am lucky to have found Lisa who is just as amazing as my regular therapist.

Amazing massages from the RMTs, infrared sauna is legit and we've even tried the awesome CranialScacral treatment. We highly recommend this place for all your healing needs. Jenna is the most amazing practitioner I've ever had - caring, professional and very knowledgeable. Prior to any treatment she asks questions and actively listens to any issues or challenges you're experiencing then comes up with a plan that she goes over with you. I'm so lucky to have found her! All the front desk staff are always friendly, professional and helpful with my bookings via e-mail, in person or on the phone :).
I've referred family and friends to Jenna as well and they all had positive experiences.
