I wouldn't go out of my way to see it, but if otherwise in this part of Fish Creek Park, worth popping in.

The formation of the area during the ice age, and then later the native use of the lands as a buffalo jump, and then the history of the current buildings still standing on the site. Deep rich history of Alberta and Calgary. My only wish was that the hours were a little bit more friendly to working folk's schedules! I love fish creek park and all the work that has been done in the area to preserve a wonderful and beautiful park!

I'd recommend this centre to anyone who wants to learn about the early ranching days of Calgary and the connection it has to the Calgary Exhibition & Stampede and Bar U Ranch out in Longview.
