★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aujourd’hui j’ai reçu un appel pour me dire que les deux paires de lunettes commandées sont arrivées vous pouvez imaginer que je me dépêche de prendre un rendez vous pour aller les chercher c’est pas comme si j’en avais pas besoin et bien croyez le ou non on me donne le choix de lundi le 28 fev. 9:35 le matin ou bien dans 3 semaines!!!! Je dis mais si je ne peux pas lundi je dois attendre 3 semaines pour un autre rendez vous? La réceptionniste me répond bêtement oui madame on est en manque d’effectifs et puis c’est comme ça??? C’est surtout la façon qu’on me l’a dit!! Je comprend le manque de personnel mais moi j’y suis pour rien et les lunettes j’en ai besoin! J’aurais du écouté mon ami qui m’avais recommandé un autre endroit je suis de u et très mécontente !!! Je vais la depuis au moins 30 ans!!!
Today I received a call to tell me that the two pairs of glasses ordered have arrived you can imagine that I hurry to make an appointment to pick them up it's not as if I don't need them and Well believe it or not I am given the choice of Monday Feb 28th. 9:35 in the morning or else in 3 weeks!!!! I say but if I can't on Monday I have to wait 3 weeks for another appointment? The receptionist stupidly answers me yes madam we are understaffed and then it's like that??? It's mostly the way I've been told!! I understand the lack of staff but I have nothing to do with it and I need the glasses! I should have listened to my friend who had recommended me another place I am from u and very unhappy !!! I've been going there for at least 30 years!!!

We went in for an exam and they told us the prescription had changed - that everything had to be replaced (security glasses, sunglasses and everyday glasses). Thought it was suspicious as no current seeing problems, looking more to change the scratched lenses. Went for a second opinion and everything was fine… the difference was far from sufficient to have to change everything.
