★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, precise testing and the doctor could answer my questions with detail, with the pretesting the instructions i received were very clear and calm, and i felt like i was a member of the family when talking with Florence about my lenses.

It is ashame that secretaries act like managers and decide to close accounts without prior warning.
During the pandemic, I am unable to travel because of the virus. I just find it remarkable that their record policy supersedes common sense.
This is unfortunate. I will take my money elsewhere instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, Dr have spent totally 5 minutes on me , he was seems like to be in that much hurry like he had to go bathroom, he was changing lenses before I able to see them and read what is there. The prescription he gave me is totally wrong. I still can't see properly, I thought it's the company made my lenses but I sent back and they checked, they say I need new prescription. I had problem in my one eye asked Dr but he didn't even bother to look and answer my question because he didn't have time for me. Worst eye exam ever.they don't have any name brand Frames, their prices for glasses double than market.will never go there or recommend.
