★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had great customer service every visit. We have dealt with most departments and always find the associates extremely helpful. We are English-speaking with limited French language skills and they will find us an English-speaking associate if required when we are having trouble communicating in French. We are giving them most of our business now because we feel valued as a customer. They did a price match for us too. Thank you Home Depot Granby for many positive shopping experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Thier online inventory is never correct. Hard to get assistance in store, over the phone, online and thier sms assistant is completely useless. Thier wood us extremely over price and badly stored so every piece is warped and twisted

The perso el stayed next to us and followed us as if we where going to steal something. I told again that we are ok started yelling at me so I did the same and i was told to keep it down by another employer but not his staff memeber wife never wants to return to the store was going to spend alot of money i think they do not need any so i am going somewhere else to spend my money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family always shop here at Home Depot in Granby. Very good service, staff are helpful and bi- lingual. However, we're disappointed with the quality of paint sold to my wife. She spent over 1130.24 because she had to return to buy more of Behr paint. Although we followed instructions and put a primer on first, this paint is literally like wallpaper. Don't get her wrong, she loves wallpaper but if if wanted wallpaper we would have bought wallpaper. She also, asked the gentleman for eggshell colour paint and he said, they didn't carry it, this was in 29/08/19. However, last week she saw eggshell was sold not by Behr. She had to buy some more paint to do the touch ups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best Home Depot I’ve ever used. I lived in Toronto and Montreal and visited more than 10 locations but this one stands out. Everybody in there is really helpful, really friendly, but not over the top. They are very approachable and just provide incredible service. It’s my go to hardware store. I love this Home Depot.
