★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience… walked in and the 2 employees at the cash(alone) looked at me up and down and didn’t even greet me. Was only greeted once I was leaving. Awful customer service.. will shop elsewhere.

They do all possible to get rid of you, after 2 days that store simply refers to Electrolux regarding that miserable inattenstion from their side instead to bring what was missing. Electrolux in their turn forwarding you by endless e-mails chain. Awful store, awful brand Electrolux too, avoid them both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will not honor their extended warranty in a timely manner. Bought a 600$ dishwasher last year and it broke in September. The warranty repair man told us if we were paying for it out of pocket he could get the part in 2 weeks, but would be longer with the warranty it's almost Christmas and they still haven't received our parts.
Very rude service when I called at the store to exchange it instead. We used to buy everything here and I will never buy anything after this horrible experience
