★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there while shopping for a mattress and left within 5 minutes.
The saleswoman, Lyne (she told us about five times her name, a clear red flag), was terribly annoying and was clearly showing us the most expensive mattresses first, ignoring the rest, even if we are two young students with a well-defined budget.
The mattresses were much more expensive than everywhere else and we left the premises with a very negative experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, ordered a 3 place couch and a lazy boy that was supposed to be here within 3 weeks. Only got the lazy boy, got told that the 3 place broke during delivery so it would take an other 3 weeks to get a brand new one but they only told us that while they were delivering the Lazy boys... We were expecting both our couches.
Then tells us they're going to lend us a couch while we wait for the other one, tells a delivery team to go deliver it but never tells us that they're having it delivered. Get a call from the delivery guys saying they're at my house and i've got ten minutes to get there before they leave...expecting me to just be able to leave my work or my boyfriend to leave his work....
Very very disappointed with setlakwe will never do business with them again and will tell everyone not to go there unless they want to waste their time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this company, would never do business with them again. Won a court case with them for a dryer that broke down after less than 5 years. Now we have to wait all day for them to come pick up their stupid dryer, they really dont care about peoples time.
Only if their was an option to leave 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had support everytime we visited it in the last 2-3 years. May be because we look young and their prices are not reasonable. You can see they say hi to older people and seem to offer a good service. Too bad, we're ending up at Germain Larivière in Brossard everytime. We build our house 2 years ago so we had to buy a lot. They missed this opportunity.

The service is excellent, they met our expectations.
The price was the same for what we bought at others stores.
But , a much better experience.
We are glad to have given a preference at a local store.
The delivery service is much better than our previous experience with other stores.
Polite, careful, and clean.
