Service qui est sous garantie et accepter par broan mais Jean-Sébastien refuse denvoyer le morceau a broan car il insinue que j'ai aspirer du gypse .. et essaie de me vendre un moteur a 100$+ .. très mauvaise pratique commerciale. Je devrais envoyer mon aspirateur dans un autre point de service. C'est dommage car normalement on a un très bon service a cet endroit Broan asks me to go for a SERVICE for my central sweeper. Service that is under warranty and accept by broan but Jean-Sebastien refuses to send the piece to Broan because he insinuates that I aspire gypsum .. and try to sell me a $ 100 + engine .. very bad business practice. I should send my vacuum cleaner to another point of service. It's a shame because normally we have a very good service at this place

J'ai voulu faire valoir qu'en suivant la règle d'exactitude des prix en vigueur au Québec, j'aurais dû recevoir un crédit de 10$. La caissière m'a dit que chez eux, si l'achat avait été complété, ils remboursaient la différence entre le prix affiché et le prix payé. Sinon, elle me chargerait le prix affiché sur la tablette. J'ai fait valoir que cela va à l'encontre de la politique d'exactitude des prix en vigueur au Québec. La caissière est allée chercher son gérant. Celui-ci m'a dit: c'est ou soit le prix de la tablette, ou vous le laissez ici et partez. J'ai manifesté que je porterais plainte. Le gérant s'en contre-fichait. Malhonnêteté, non-conformité, et manque total de tact et de professionnalisme. À ÉVITER! Allez chez Canac! Dishonest company, do not go! I went to buy some screws.
