β β β β β Exactly what I was hoping for: all the essentials at a reasonable cost. Reception is very efficient and friendly. Docs are professional, courteous, and accommodating. Don't be fooled by the no-frills exterior or the small interior: it is the best value in town!

β β β β β The optometrist was a very nice guy that's why I give two stars.
A week ago, I ordered some contact lenses, and today I finally have time to pick them up. I asked this lady if I can use my great west life insurance to cover part of my payment and I'll pay the difference? After this lady heard that I have great west life insurance, and didn't even answer my question and throw the pin path at me, told me to make a payment. And I ask her again if I could use my insurance and at the same time I handed her my great west life card. She looked at me like I was an idiot and said : Thats not a credit card, you can't pay with it. I told her I do know that isn't a credit card, but what I am asking is to use my converge. And she still refuse to answer my question, and told me to swipe my card to make a payment.
I got very upset after the third time she to me to make a payment , and I started speaking louder, and finally she understand what I was trying to ask. The reason is that I have to mail the payment myself to get my claims. Simple, I can do that. But I do not appreciate her attitude, and the way she throws the mechanic at me and told me to make a payment without explaining to me that you guys can't claim it for me.
Just hope small businesses can try their best on customer service to keep their customers.

β β β β β I had an amazing experience with Visions in Chinatown Calgary. The staff were very friendly and offered amazing service. They helped me pick out a pair of eye glasses and I was able to get them custom fitted to my face to ensure supreme comfort. I got a great price on the glasses which is also an added plus.
After wearing my glasses for quite a while the arm broke. I took them in and they replaced them at no cost.
I would highly recommend this store as they have fantastic customer service and competitive prices on their glasses and frames.

β β β β β I love the visions in Chinatown! The staff is always super friendly. I saw Dr. Wong and thought she was absolutely fantastic. She had so much patience even though I had so many questions! She is definitely one of the best eye doctors Iβve seen. I would recommend all my friends and family to come here!

β β β β β I've been coming to this eye center since 2008 to see Dr Ho. Unfortunately he retired years ago which was really sad to hear on my last visit years ago. However, Dr Wong is a really great replacement. All staff are super friendly and nice and prices are reasonable. Would really recommend this place!

β β β β β I live 5 minutes from the Beddington location, but instead of going there I will specifically only go to the Chinatown location.
This is the best place to get glasses for people with Asian noses, people who like good service, and for people who appreciate good quality and reasonable prices. They offer high end as well as affordable options. You're not pushed to buy the most expensive thing. The staff are super amazing at recommending glasses that fit your face and your budget. They genuinely care about you and even remember your name.
Even though Costco is cheaper and I have to pay for downtown parking, I will always go to Visions Chinatown because overall the experience is much much much better.

β β β β β I am traveling Calgary this week. Unfortunately , my glasses'leg silicon was broken so I couldn't use this glasses. I found this shop on the way and asked to fix it. The staff helped and responded very kind. She tried to check with their spares. Finally she found the right one which is suitble with my glasses. They fixed it without any payment. I was very happy to use my glasses again during trip. Also very appreciated for staff.
