A few weeks ago, my frames unexpectedly came apart. They were still under warranty. Crystal managed to replace them in 48 hours, just in time for when I needed to leave on a trip. I was thrilled and really appreciated Crystal's efforts on the quick turnaround!

I first went to Dr. Eisner a few years ago and I had a great experience. Personable, Professional and VERY detailed. One of the best experiences about visiting this establishment is that it's not a rushed experience.
A couple of years later, I visited a chain competitor and they botched things so bad that I ended up out of pocked by a lot of money. I went back to Dr. Eisner and she really took this situation quite seriously. She asked a lot of questions to really understand my situation and came up with a comprehensive plan to address my needs. I felt cared for and valued. It was great experience and you should really go out of your way to go here. The entire team is professional and fun to be around. They get it right and make it right. Thank you team!
