β β β β β Beware of Peter Chu and this company. He "managed" a property for the owner out of town. Not only it took him several months for him to rent out at a much lower market rate rent, he initiated a slew of repairs and renovation inside the house without the owner's approval. The total repairs amounted to more than $4,000 dollars. In the management contract, Peter Chu and his management company were supposed to inform the owner of any repair more than $500 but he never did. For several months in a row, he withheld rent to pay for the repair costs which is suspicious of who he paid to. The owner finally got into the house and saw minimum amount of repairs were done. Prior to Peter Chu taking over rental property management, the said rental property was already completed with touch up and renovations to the kitchen paid by the owner.
This individual's communication is blurry and NOT HONEST in the owner's perspective. When the owner terminated the contract with Peter Chu, he informed the tenant to continually to pay rent to him instead of the owner.
The owner has informed authorities for him not to step unto the premise. Beware of this individual who has exhibited many signs of dishonesty.
