I thought I would have to purchase a brand new remote or maybe even a whole new car starter system. I called up 2 different vision locations and the staff who work at the store were much more helpful than the other location. I showed up at the store this afternoon and was greeted immediately. They fixed my remote within 5 minutes and only charged me $10 for the new batteries. I am so thrilled with this experience. Saved me a lot of money and a huge headache with the microchip shortages. Thank you!!!!

Any issues that I have had over the last 2 years has gone above and beyond helping me get in for services and check ups for my system. He’s a great addition to the store.

With large TV's today the install can make such a difference, I highly recommend the installers from Visions, meticulous work and answers to every question you can think of.

He was very thorough and answered every question we had. We had a great experience and enjoy our new product.

But Jack took over and called the company and had so much patience solved my problem went over and above. I have no words to express my gratitude to this young gentleman. Very professional, courteous, polite and above all so patient to deal with the phone calls and other details. Visions in NE I always had good experience, we bought our TVs and other electronics from here. The Manager was great too. Over all I am very happy. Thank you so much Jack. Keep up the good work. I asked them if they are going to match price. It took about a week to receive a reply, no because it is advertised still at the price I paid! And because it was probably an in store sale?? Wow anything to save a dollar. I mean it’s $29.!! I have been dealing with Visions for 40 years, bought our first VCR from Rick Stewart (owner) on 32 Avenue N.E. Just spent almost $5000. in the fall. If they’re willing to lose a customer over $29. it doesn’t say much about how the company is being managed now.

He quickly confirmed the product was in stock and offered to hold it for me. The price was very competitive. Check-out was efficient as well. In future, I plan to check Visions first for my electronics and small appliance needs due to this very positive experience!
