★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give negative stars. I called this Douglasdale Office 2 months earlier to inquire about vision therapy, or sports vision therapy. I was told that I would need to go into the Panatella Blvd NW office for the testing but we could have the treatment done at the Douglasdale office. I made an appointment for the testing with that understanding. A few days before my testing appointment, I called the office at Panatella Blvd to confirm this was the case (Tuesday, September 12th). I was assured this was the case. I said we would not be interested in pursuing treatment if we had to travel across town for each visit. I was assured this was correct we could have the treatments done in Douglasdale. We went all the way into the office for the testing to start the process, from the Deep SE to the NW location and were told, "Actually the treatment will not take place in Douglasdale". Super frustrated with being lied to repeatedly by the office staff.
