★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very friendly and helpful....Glasses came in a relatively fast time frame and when I wasn't happy with the look of the tortoise frames I got, they said they would order in another one without me asking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful. I have type 2 diabetes and they did that test as well. Fitment and quality were great and I never felt rushed. Other negative reviews are skewed as the doctor shouldn't have to wait on others' tardiness. I've been here several times and cannot think of any complaints. Great service, great quality at a competetive price...what more can one ask for? I will be making another appointment as soon as I'm done here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if the optometrist screwed up my prescription, or if whoever made my glasses should find a new job, but in the 30+ years I've been wearing glasses, they are by far the worst I've ever had. When I called to complain, they didn't want to hear it. They told me there would be an adjustment period. I know that, but it's been over 6 months and I've had to resort to "cheaters" since I used my benefits up on these pieces of junk. Never again.
