Bought super transition glasses in august 2020. Now 6 months later they have gone so dark have to take them off to go inside. Went back to Walmart as told they could not do anything after 1 month. This is my 6th pair from Walmart and my last.

Good doctor but horrible service outta the lab one of the slowest labs I’ve ever seen it don’t take two weeks to cut lenses when you already had the frames. And your deal says Two pairs of lenses and frames for 320 yet I gave you the lenses and you charged me 160 bucks for one set of lenses how do you figure save your time and go to 2020 when you get a glass of the next day

Very disappointed. After multiple years of buying glasses, customer service here is lacklustre. I bought last pair in 2020. Had lenses replaced in 2021. Well, went in last week to have the arms adjusted because they have been sliding off over the time. The worker took my glasses and after saying that she could see what she could do, she heated up the arms and bent them for me to try. They fit better, and I left. After wearing them for a day, my right ear hurt a bit. I took them off and noticed the arm was cracked where they bent them more. I went back and showed the vision store manager. She kept going on about β€œpolicy” where it’s at the customer own risk when adjusting arms. Uh, when I bought them I was told to come back if I needed adjustments?? The vision store manager kept saying β€œIm sorry but they aren’t covered under warranty β€œ. What? Your worker over bent the arm and it cracked, but I’m out of luck because I didn’t have any warranty left? And when my wife asked to see their use at your own risk policy for them to adjust the arms, she couldn’t have a clue where it was. WHAT? So now I’m stuck holding onto a pair of glasses with a cracked arm because of something the store offers but can’t show or tell us it’s a no guarantee no fault if anything happens policy. Thanks Walmart Vision Centre, you left a lasting impression on me.
