★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i want to contact at vision center but one of female on phone straight away transfer my call before i finished it up. it seems really rude to me. i want to ask something else and she transfer me three times in raw. if u walmart guys dnt want to answer than why the hell you show your number online. be show some respect to your client or customer because if they are there than and than only you are there. i still didnt get my answer.
ridiculous i mean really ridiculous service that i had been ever seen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutyl HORRIBLE service! ordered glasses and fire destroyed them the next day--I was told by insurance to reorder them and they would be fully paid--i did so and I called a month later to ask if they were in yet--Bill told me no they were not--so i waited another month and again called--was again told by bill that they were not in and that insurance did not want to pay the full amount and i may have to pay for them in full--told him i had already talked to insurance and they would pay-said ill call them rite now and he says-"ya see if you can get any more out of them"--I call and they tell me that in fact there was never a second order for glasses submitted--so i waited for over 2 months for glases that were never even ordered.
After complaining to the optomistrist society they did replace my glasses but no appology or acknowlegment that the issue even happened--also they would not give me any paperowrk to prove I got the glasses there--no receipt-no list of lens tratments-nothing--after asking her again she gave me a small piece of paper with handwritten not on what was included--like that will suffice for any warrenty claims--rediculous--I also had complained to the store manager but never heard back from them either--terribly dissapointing and I will never return for anything walmart related.
