Kept having to re-enter data. Don't recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff totally fudged my new contract with them. Expected me to drive 2 hours to present ID after already doing so when signing up for the phone. Even going as far as shutting down my phone when I would not comply. Avoid this place at all cost. Many places to go near by that will treat you better.

โ โ โ โ โ I was charged $43 connection fee for PREPAID plan. I was promised that this connection fee will be waived for me and given me back in my next bill. And guess what? They didn't do that. I claimed about this and they promised again to give money back for me. And guess what? They didn't do that.

โ โ โ โ โ Was helped today by kevin and Shay. I had called earlier and Kevin was extremely helpful in trying to help me fix my problem and then I went in for a new sim card.
Shay looked over my plan and made sure I was getting the best plan possible.
Overall, great service. Nicely located right in the front of Portage place!

โ โ โ โ โ Personally, one of the best customer experience so far. Though the store is a very small Kiosk, but it has excellent sales and service(s). The manager of this store is really helpful, knowledgeable and tech-savvy.
Virgin mobile in my opinion has the best customer service, both for in-store service and on-call service. I am customer of Virgin Mobile for almost 3 years now, and I am a proud promoter of the brand.
