★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to come here at 3 a.m. with a large group of friends after the clubs closed and we'd order 8 items to share amongst 10 of us. Then, we'd stagger home at 6 a.m. Today I still eat there with hubby and two teenagers in tow. Someday they may carry on the tradition. Always great food and lineups for tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best bang for your buck as far as food and value. This place has always been a favourite and anytime friends come from out of town I always bring them here. The staff are always courteous and the food is fantastic. Definitely worth a visit ?

It was a bit confusing knowing which door leads to the restaurant at first.
I liked the fact that the table cover was regularly changed after each guest.
Good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little worried about eating here as someone who doesn’t eat meat (I came here for a birthday) and I left feeling full. I had the veggie spring rolls, general Tao tofu, veggie fried noodles, and one of the omelettes. I shared this with someone else and we took him a lot of it because the portions are so generous! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. This was my first time at VIP House and I know it won’t be my last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our 4th day traveling in Quebec and after eating poutine 8x in the last 4 days had a craving for chinese food. We found this restaurant through Google and were skeptical when we walked in. We are from Vancouver and would like to think we know chinese food. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised. Food was on par with restaurants in Vancouver but priced at 40% less. Portions were generous and taste were yummy. The elder gentleman who took our order was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back. Great value, great service and great taste. The triple crown for a restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This our second time at VIP. We were there on a very busy Friday evening. Every table was full & we were lucky to get a table despite our reservation. It is not a place for fancy dining but if you want great tasting Chinese food & lots of it then this is your place. The service was fast & efficient. The menu is quite long & a little intimidating. We stuck to the set menu but will be a little more adventurous next time.
