Im a big fan of that chef , his food is always amazing!!! So we ,definitely, were not disappointed on our girlies night. The new joint is in the middle of le Quartier des spectables, the ambiance/vibe in the restaurant is great. Our server really knew the menu so she was very helpful when ordering. The tapas portions were on point! You DEFINITELY will not leave hungry. The only miss for us was the desserts option could have been more carribbean like.. But overall another success under his belt Bravo!???? UPDATE 8/15 U MUST GO FOR BRUNCH I ❤ THAT RESTO SO MUCH Highlight l'empanadas??? UpDateee 1/30 They are having a "5eme vague" event terrace hivernal Get dress its worth it but like every lately the price are jacked up...You might be a little shocked. But the flavors are always there everything was so so Good

Top-notch food and ambiance! The food is Haitian/Caribbean-inspired fusion and the drinks are great too! We were 4 people and had the ceviche, Poisson Passion, grilled snapper, the steak dish and the Dombrey- each was better than the last…. Exquisite! The chef is amazing and the layering of flavours is just beautiful! The terrasse was great and there was a great DJ and great service. The only issue we had was that they ran out of our dessert, (chocolate fondant) even though we had ordered it before the kitchen closed- a bit disappointing. All in all, we had a great night here!!

First time there to meet some friends. Was seated outside. Service was great. Enjoyed the Tapas ( appetizers) but the main dishes were really lacking for the prices. The drinks were delicious

"I COULD EAT THIS EVERY DAY" my husband said multiple times during dinner. Brilliant work Chef Paul. Every bite has so many levels of flavour and textures. We appreciated the English menu on their website, but our server was also excellent at explaining the dishes in English for us. Excellent service start to finish !! We ordered 3 tapas (salad, jerk shrimp and pork) and two mains. He had the jerk chicken main, which has a generous servig of chefs rice and vegetables. I had the dumplings which tonight were served with octopus. The coconut bisque was delicious, so creamy. We knew we ordered too much, but we really wanted to try it all on our last night in Montreal. Go with friends if you can so you can try more!

Amazing experience! Highly recommended. The food here is amazing. Tons of great flavours. The service was superb. Our waitress took the time to go through the entire menu in detail, and she was great with the kids. Every dish exceeded expectations. The griot (Braised pork shoulder, fried plantains, Pikliz) was insanely flavourful. The spice of the slaw was perfect. The poisson passion, dombrey and jerk chicken were excellent. Great selection of drinks as well.

Recommend if you are looking for elevated Caribbean flavours, vegan friendly. Great atmosphere, with great patio option. Friendly and knowledgeable service, but we did have to wait longer for the food. Came in for dinner. Friends who came with me were vegan. There are some dishes that are vegan friendly which includes appetizer, main course and dessert. The food is simply made with great ingredients and taste absolutely delicious. One of the first restaurants I have encountered with elevated Caribbean flavours, and have done so beautifully well. Recommend!

Very nice little quaint spot. Servers were friendly, food was absolutely amazing. It was out of the ordinary for sure. Worth the prices. We took all the tapas + the gnocchi plate with octopus on top and this plate was our favorite by far, one of the best dish I have ever tasted. The bottle to make our own punch was a great addition also. I do recommend and will be back. Also have a nice view of the quartier des spectacles

The food was delicious- JUST GO. Lovely, elegant Haitian cuisine. We arrived without a reservation. Because it took a bit longer they gave us a free shot of rum. After about a ten minute wait we were seated. The host was really nice- waitress was amazing- so helpful. I only read a little French, so the waitress helped a lot and made great recommendations. The appetizer was awesome- fritters and jerk shrimp. Entrees were jerk chicken (creole style) and the steak. Flavors were fully developed- so good. The dessert was RIDICULOUSLY GOOD!!!! WHEW! Glad we stumbled upon this place.
