Doubt about service. Servers are tired, totally understand. But they asked for more tips while my friend already gave them 10%. Two Gentlemen seemed like management team Chase my friend to table, assault at us, humiliated us. Cannot be more rude. Ok, if they insisted, we could tip them. We left our cash on table, mistakenly dropped in the waste bucket. Management people PICKED THE NOTE UP, AND THREW IT ON ME! LOOK AT PIC, CONGEE ALL OVER MY PANTS! I doubt why are they doing this to me! It was not my friend fault or theirs’, there was just a bit misunderstanding, of course not mine. WHY DID THEY DO THIS TO ME EVEN? Also, while we are having our meal, when I was trying to pour tea to my friend cup on the rotatable table, a server came to pick up those used plates, he spun the table really quickly like I would never be that much. Tiredness? Rudeness? IDK. Took our friend to this restaurant this morning for its good food, supposed to be a great moment, but would never come back again which is not expected.

Dim sum was cold, did not taste good, taste like overnight, our family did not enjoy. It was expensive and the waiter asked for a tip, and asked for more. Not sure how this restaurant got their stars, gave one star as not able to give anything less.

I have no words to describe how good this is. The restaurant Kim fung offers the best chow mein in town! And the portion is H U G E. It doesn’t have any vegetables, only oignons and bean sprout, but that doesn’t make it less delicious. I highly recommend!

Had takeout din sum and it was delicious. The place is almost impossible to access. It is located on the second floor of a sketchy mini indoor mall under a tall apartment complex. You must enter the building at one side and walk through the mall to the other side to go up broken stairs or a stationary escalator then follow arrows on floor to help you along your way. The food took over 30 minutes to be ready even though they said to return in 15 min. The back of house staff apologized but not the man, who might have been the owner, who took my order. He appeared to enjoy talking with customers and people he knew at a reserved table specific for office/business work close to entrance/cash register. I enjoy listening to their loud conversation while waiting for my order in an otherwise quiet setting. I’ll be back for the food.

This place used to be great many years ago, but my family's last few visits for dim sum have been appalling. The quality of the food has diminished, the sizes of the servings are smaller, the prices are higher and the service is absolutely atrocious. In addition to having to flag down the trollies because they kept passing our table, when we left we were yelled at because the waiter found the tip to be unsuitable. We were so caught off guard and embarrassed that we tipped him more and he still wasn't happy. We ended up tipping 22% just to quiet him down so we could leave with some dignity. It was shocking, uncalled for and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. We went to dim sum for my mom's birthday and the service ruined our experience. The only reason we didn’t say anything to the waiter is because we didn’t want to ruin my mom's day. We haven't been to many restaurants since COVID-19 and this was a huge disappointment. We are not alone in this experience -- read some of the other reviews. After going to this place for 10+ years, we will never ever set foot in this restaurant again.

Located right in the hearty of Chinatown, this dim sum restaurant is quite hard to find. It's tucked inside a mall just up the stairs in the far back of the floor it's on. Just look for all the stacks of chairs piled at the top of the stairs and follow that hall to the end. This is one of the fee restaurants that still serves dim sum on carts. Luckily you won't have to fight anyone for the best basket since it's not too busy. You'll find the common selection of dim sum here. They also have a menu of you prefer to read through your options. This place feels a little like a hole in the wall but their food is decent. Food starts at $4 and goes up depending on what you order. Most items are at least $5 though. Service is quick and friendly and you can be in and out in an hour if you need to hurry.

The food was pretty good in general from the dim sum offerings. High marks for the bean curd and beef ribs, super delicious! The rest was a little rough around the edges compared to the places I frequent but all nicely flavoured. However, service is nonexistent. Outside of the people with the carts who were trying, no other person even approached the table to offer anything other than the tea dropped when we sat. We had to wave someone down and they seemed inconvenienced by us being thirsty. Anyhow, end of the meal we paid cash and left a poor tip for virtually no service. A waiter came over (for the first time in hour and a half) and berated us for not leaving a larger tip and was insisting we put more down. Pretty embarrassing all around. I am normally very generous as I work in this industry too, but the last time I checked, a tip is subjective to the level of service offered and there wasn't any. The owner/manager watched it all go down but couldn't be bothered to ask why his staff were shaking down customers because they didn't do their job. Pretty poor form.

The food here was soooo bad. The dumpling had bad smell. It was the worst dumpling in my life. I sincerely recommend you not to visit here. Also, I was disappointed with their service. It was a terrible experience. We are not Chinese and we can't speak it, but they didn't care and just spoke in Chinese.
