★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in to book what they call the efficiency room for a month, the room with a kitchenette 2 double beds, a pull out couch and a roll away bed can be added if need be. It says it's perfect for families. Well apparently a family of 5 does NOT qualify for that room, only 4 people max.. yet my kids are small and all under the age of 9 that would not take up that much space Very disappointed with their advertising, website, and customer service. I would never recommend and would place a negative 1 start if possible. They just lost a great deal of an income opportunity and given a disgrace to bigger families as if having more that 2 kids is frowned upon . I will gladly take, my money else where and never look back

Because I had purple shampoo on the towel and bedding???♀️i offered them to take it to laundry- but they refused to talk to me not give me my $200 back. They don’t give back deposits to anyone- I stayed only a few nights and heared 3 people complaining about it. The cleaner with three kids lives there, all on drugs, very bad, bad, bad place. I am writing a second reciew so noone goes there, as it looks like a getto place… everything dirty. The rate was $65 I was xharged $106??♀️??it was the worst, worst worst experience of mine. Dirty, smelly, rude and dishonest people. Ek

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s cheap with basic amenities. That’s really all there is to say. It’s exactly what we were looking for. The rooms however a bit beat up, and the room arrangements are a little weird (especially lighting) but overall it’s a decent choice for a cheap room.

Rooms are filthy. Evidence of bed bugs. Needles found in the room! And outside. Management is terrible would not refund or discount. Absolutely disgusted that places like this exist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed Bugs!!! Do I need to say anything else. Asked for another room but hey didn’t have any. So they gave me an option , stay in that room or find another place. No refund either. Had to dispute it with my credit card company. Poor customer service, very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in for a week. My room was robbed, neither the hotel or the local police would do anything. The hotel offered to kick me out if I didn’t stop complaining. That’s some customer service right? Don’t waist your money on this sub par hotel. Stay closer to the falls. The hotels are nicer, cleaner and safer. I would suggest Vancouver as you vacation destination.
