The rooms are dirty.Garbage throughout property. The heat doesn't work so they gave me a heater to use. There's rats all over the place. And doing construction in a room above me. The breakfast is on scrambled eggs and hash brown cereal.Never cleaned my room and I've been here 1 week

We did not even check in. There were rat traps outside the building! I called them a few weeks before our reservation and they said everything was taken care of and that the pest problem was gone. We got to the building and there was mold on the curtain we could see through the window. There was rat traps outside and the building looked so run down it wasn't even funny. We asked the front desk about the trap and he asked us where we saw the trap as if we were lying to him about seeing them. DO NOT GO THERE!

Sketchy bed bud ridden motel.. we pulled up and got a room the same day, almost half of the guests (live in) opened their door to see who was pulling up, staring at us while smoking in their door frames, SUPER welcoming… We got the keys and went to check on the room, the walls are dirty, carpets are dirty, furniture and beds need TLC. The beds are old stained spring mattresses, we lifted the duvet and sure enough we had bed bugs, cigarette burn holes and giant ink stains on the fleece blanket and sheets, some rooms had giant ink stains on their curtains too. We ended up sleeping else where because it was so bad, would highly advise you steer clear, not worth the $90.00 a night.

Look, I am one of those who complains very little. So this review is for those guys who are worried about the nitty gritty. I found this place to be of excellent value. A room for 56 bucks with breakfast is just awesome for someone who only intends to spend the night and use money elsewhere. There were occasional ants, dirty carpet, unclean towels and leaky faucets .(for those if you who need to know as I said, I have a very high tolerance, hence the four star review.)

Every time I stay here with my son we enjoy clean rooms and very comfortable beds. New mattress, four great pillows on each bed, perfectly clean sheets and blankets, which are the most important features in a hotel. The washrooms have always been clean. The friendliness of manager and staff helps to feel safe and we really enjoy the included breakfast. The breakfast room is nicely renovated, with good furniture, equipment and generous supply of food. The indoor pool was not available in our last visit, but as other things in the building that need renovation. They usually say that when we go shopping we should try to support small local businesses. Why not to apply the same approach when booking a motel or small hotel in Niagara Falls? I believe that as we book our stay in this hotel, we are making a contribution to support a small business in Niagara Falls. I calculated that by booking a room at Niagara Lodge and Suites, we saved more than 50 dollars per day just by receiving free parking and breakfast for two. Having a small fridge and microwave in the room also allows as to save in meals and we have the confidence that we are eating what we have chosen to bring to the room without all the inconveniences of the various restrictions that are applied to restaurants during last two years. I didn't mark on five stars, because I want to consider the ongoing and other required renovations, as I have already mentioned, but I think that many people just want to ignore the good and more relevant values of this hotel by just highlighting in what needs to be done.

I went with family to this hotel on Sunday, January 23. Many other hotels around this price were charging between 10 and 20 dollars per day just for parking. This hotel has parking and breakfast included. I calculated that, since the breakfast was quite good and satisfying for all three of us, and the free parking so close to our room, we actually saved ourselves between 40 and 50 dollars by staying here. This means that our room, spacious and clean, with two queen beds, nice washroom, TV, a refrigerator and microwave, ended up been almost for free, since we could bring our own food and prepare ourselves a nice dinner at night.

I call this hotel home; in fact it has become that. The staff make it feel like a family- the entire building is emanating peace. They are so lovely and warm/welcoming with an amazing breakfast. The environment serene and close to the downtown core as well. Everything you need in walking distance with the bus stop right outside as well. The hotel is def higher then 2*, I would say 4* for sure. Don’t believe the bad reviews, ppl may say lies as there are a lot of hotels in the area competing, you know. Def a true gem of a place to be.

I recently spent 10 amazing nights here and I have to say I am beyond impressed it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. We were on our honeymoon trip and we had the hot tub suite and it was amazing. They cleaned our room daily and gave us fresh towels as well. They also included breakfast which I highly recommend the waffles they are so delicious they also have eggs and hashbrowns and toast and bagels with cream cheese or jam butter, they also have sausage on the weekends they have juice milk and cereal. I highly recommend this hotel they make you feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time I was there and the price is unbeatable. They even had to deal with a guests who were loud and making drama. They dealt with them appropriately and fast. They is a low key hotel that we had amazing experience at. Thank you so much I will highly recommend you to all my friends and customers.
