M	Marielle Andrews Turner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my ceiling is falling in in my bathroom due to water damage from faulty pipes in apartment upstairs. I reported severe water damage...tues, wed, thurs, and keep getting told "it will be fixed" This is Fri. Feb. 17th and at 7 pm, when I came home and my bathroom ceiling had massive water bubbles and was buckling....I called the fire dept. Skyline living is the worst place to live if you need basic repairs done never mind when water is pouring down your ceiling fan every time upstairs tenant has a shower. Water and electricity don't mix but Skyline doesn"t seem to give a rats ass. A skyline tenant
J	Jordan John Ferguson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I can say one thing the maintenance and electrical lighting hallway lights on fire and just leaving it to stink.. don't you think that a little more important then putting a unit inspection on my door the 4th one this month.... Go vacume and mop the floors and put some air fresheners in the hallways and really I've been descusted of the stair wells coffee been there for weeks this stuff should be number 1 priority like what's next to happen burn down or flood out or people getting sick cause the jobs and maintenance of the building stinks. Do u want someone to actually show you how to clean mop and keep a building maintained Let me know well that's all I got to say while ibsmeellll burnt wires all night

Nicole, Paul, Andy, Mitchell and Ellie always say hi and are quick to offer assistance. Had a great summer here and looking forward to the winter!

The staff that we have in this building now are absolutely amazing they’re friendly they’re helpful you can always reach out if you need something and it’s a 10 to 2 right away I’m old and I’ve lived in a lot of places this is one of the best places I’ve ever lived.We use the sauna all winter can’t wait for the pool open in the summer. Great place to live

Someone had stolen my and my friend's clothes from the laundry and when I tried to contact management they were like its your fault we can't do anything. And it happened second time as well and for the second time they were like we know who it is but we can't do anything. Also the management is very rude. Better to move to a better place rather than this one.
B	Bridget Nicholls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I have lived at 67 Village Drive for almost a year, and our experience has been amazing, the staff are very friendly, and the building is very clean. I know in the winter it is a bit more difficult to keep the floors clean, but they do a very good job keeping up with the mess that the salt and sand create. The staff has helped me out when I have needed it the most. In the summer the lawn, park and the pool are kept very clean. Yes, there is the construction of the bridge right beside me, but it does not bother me at all, and my son loves watching the construction. Overall, our experience has been amazing, and we have no complants. I would recommend Village on the River to anyone.
M	Melissa Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to live. My dogs love the dog park and walking down by the lake. The residence that reside here are friendly and helpful. The staff are amazing and helpful and a delight to chat with. I even got a birthday so g sang to me outside my balcony. You want a great place live come check it out. Hope to see you soon

Staff shortages are common, The on site personnel are courteous, friendly and responsive when help is required. The number of occupants that these buildings have, should negate a larger staff presence and better security features. (updated cameras and camera locations on each floor.) The staff that are here do a lot of work to maintain these buildings. Laundry room is ok but needs updating and could use newer appliances (a couple of top loading washers would be nice). Exercise room is good Common room is great! Outdoor pool was well maintained throughout the summer and is a delight to have ; although many non-residents seem to have access to it. Recycling seems to be an ongoing problem with tenants not complying with sorting rules. All in all a nice living space with good people . Revised June 2021
