★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have not been to this BINGO hall in a very long time. It still had the VIP room. Enjoyed many midnight BINGO'S there.
I love the old way of playing BINGO (dab-dab-dab). Some day I will attempt to play the machines.
It felt great to be back in your BINGO hall again. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to this bingo hall after shopping. We are from our of town and thought we would try our luck on the tap tix machines. The hall wasn't busy so we had lots of machines to choose from. We had been playing for approximately an hour and we were getting thirsty and requested a glass of water and a coffee. We were told if we wanted that we needed to go to the corner store? Apparently they didn't have enough staff to accommodate our request. I have been in customer service for many years and the last thing you want to do is to send your customer away for something as simple as a glass of water.
After this comment we decided we would leave. I printed my ticket out of the machine and proceeded to the cashier for payment. I was told I would need to wait a few minutes as it was shift change. I can understand this as I say I have been in customer service and retail for years. I understand that money needs to be verified by the ending and beginning shift. I didn't expect it to take 15 minutes. The lady from the end shift was long gone and I still had to wait another 10 minutes until the new shift(gentleman) was settled. This is not service.
I would never recommend anyone to patronize this bingo hall. If the staff cannot treat you with some type of courtesy why spend your money here?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean facility, lots of machines to play on and staff are efficient but not overly friendly. They seem to stick to themselves. If I ever hit the jackpot I would probably have given 5 stars but I haven't had any luck yet!
