You can get what you need here and if you check the flyer there are deals every week. They have good quality non major brand alternatives available and there are daily precooked meals for those days you are in a rush. If you are on a road trip and need groceries this is a place you pass, can get the goods, and save time a reasonable cost for a place far from the big city. The store is bigger than you think!

Not very impressed. Generally best to spend an extra half hour to shop in Perth, Kingston or Napanee.

Nice little well stocked Grocery store. It is a bit hard to navigate...odd layout. Prices are high too. They do a good job keeping the store organized.

My partner and I are no longer shopping here. I have so many disappointments in this store I don’t even know where to begin. The last straw was today when when my partner went in to get a few things for dinner. Packaged chicken being one of them, brought it home and opened it up and it smelled terrible! The date didn’t say it was expired for a couple weeks still. He went back to the store and returned it and someone else in line was also returning the same chicken! He got 2 steaks instead.. we cooked those and they tasted terrible. They were definitely off! In my 20 years of shopping at this store I have never been asked by any staff member if they could help me with anything except for one time this summer by a sweet young girl who must have been working there just for the season. The produce is rarely decent. The majority of the staff seem to hate working here which makes me wonder how they’re treated and is probably why they’re not friendly or go out of their way to help customers because they just don’t want to be there in the first place. There are enough checkouts but I have only ever seen 2 open at a time even at the busiest times of the day for shopping.. with long lines forming and the wait taking way longer than it should. The store is disorganized. It’s cramped and dark and none of the aisles are labeled and they should be so that people can actually find what they’re looking for. I wish our lovely small town had a lovely grocery store to match with friendly staff, good products and a bright and cheery interior that wasn’t awful to navigate but sadly I doubt that will ever happen unless someone up above actually takes the time to read their awful 1 star reviews instead of just the okay ones they get and do something about it. I look forward to the day this store is a place I want to spend my money at and support again… until then I’ll go to Perth or Verona where I know I won’t be coming home with rotten food and an overall bitter taste in my mouth from the experience.

What can you say, staff are friendly prices are comparable to in town and they have most of what you'd need! Also the produce looked very fresh.

I am amazed at this store. The prices were good! I was expecting high prices for a “cottage country” store, so this was a nice surprise. Some prices were even better than driving to Perth for groceries. There is a decent selection of products. The staff are friendly. You have to check out the locally made goods sold there. I saw jams and honey, baked goods etc. Walk the isles to see those hidden gems. They sell big bags of potato chips priced at 5 for $5!!! I’ve never heard of the brand name, but they were good. They also have precooked chickens, but you need to get one early or they are gone.

What a wonderful all-inclusive grocery store, we were pleasantly surprised by their variety, freshness of produce, and quality baked goods. The staff and ambiance are also very welcoming. We returned several times of our trip for homemade picnic food items. Highly recommended.
