A	Andrzej Trzmiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miałem okazję bawić się na imprezie organizowanej w tutejszej sali. Impreza była prywatna. Sala super ale to co wydarzyło się o północy to woła o pomstę. Przyszła pani z obsługi zamykać salę. Zaszło chyba jakieś niedomówienie bo uroczystość miała trwać do godziny pierwszej a pani przyszła o północy. Zdarza się. Ala pani miała przysłowiowe muchy w nosie. Była wręcz arogancka. Sprawiała wrażenie, że przyszła tutaj na siłę bo nam chce się bawią a ona powinna spać. Nawet nie próbowała nic wyjaśnić. Przymusiła wszystkich do natychmiastowego zakończenia spotkania i do sprzątania sali. Ja na tę uroczystość przyleciałem do ojej rodziny z Polski i oburzające dla mnie było zachowanie tej pani w stosunku do mnie jak i do innych gości. Oberwało się nawet miejscowemu księdzu który również był gościem i siedział ze mną przy stoliku. Liczę na to, że przeczyta ten post ktoś z nadzoru sali i utrze nosa owej pani by sytuacja więcej nie miała miejsca. Tym bardziej wstyd, że bawili się Polacy a i ta pani była Polką. Potwierdza się to co w kraju mówią, że za granicą unikaj Polaka bo nóż w plecy tobie wsadzi. Może ta pani zastanowi się trochę nad swoim zachowaniem i przemyśli to na przyszłość. Nawet jeżeli ktoś się pomylił lub faktycznie zaszła pomyłka to należało to normalnie załatwić a nie takim zachowaniem tym bardziej, że goście i tak już się rozchodzili. Nikt by nie miał pretensji a tak to pozostał duży niesmak. I had the opportunity to have fun at a party organized in the local hall. The event was private. The room is great but what happened at midnight calls for vengeance. A service lady came to close the room. There was probably some understatement because the ceremony was to last until one o'clock and the lady came at midnight. It happens. Ala lady had the proverbial flies in her nose. She was arrogant. She gave the impression that she came here forcibly because we want to have fun and she should sleep. She didn't even try to explain anything. She forced everyone to end the meeting immediately and clean the room. I came to this family from Poland for this ceremony and it was outrageous for me to behave this lady in relation to me and other guests. There was even a local priest who was also a guest and sat at a table with me. I hope that this post will be read by someone from the room supervisor and that the lady's nose is wiped so that the situation does not happen again. All the more shame that Poles had fun and this lady was Polish. It is confirmed what they say in the country that avoid a Pole abroad because he will stick a knife in your back. Maybe this lady will think a little about her behavior and think about it for the future. Even if someone made a mistake or actually made a mistake, it had to be dealt with normally and not with such behavior, the more that the guests were already divorcing. Nobody would blame it and so it remained a big disgust.

You will be treated like you broke something from the start, I was a guest at a different gathering few weeks ago. The same lady (Ala Pani) was servicing when the gathering went to conclusion and the actions ware as described. She came across stuck up, very rude and arrogant basically blaming for insignificant things being broken it looked like she's going around with a magnifying glass desperately trying to find something wrong. This definitely left a great distaste I really hope someone will deal with this. If the management wonders why its not rented often enough here's the answer. I thought the incident in below comment is a coincidence but this is actually true.

The lady in charge of rentals (Wyslavia) treated my guests and i like criminals and made my reception terrible. - she lingered the hallways and would occasionally pop into the kitchen unannounced all through the night -She accused us of breaking 2 plates and therefore refused to refund our $100 deposit. -She kicked us out at 12am although we rented the venue until 2am. Her excuse was she was tired and needed to go to sleep - the next day when i called her to tell her that she made my wedding reception horrible, this lady had the nerve to say that my guests and i made her night terrible too because we didnt leave fast enough - my dj said this is the worst rental agent he's ever dealt with and he's a wedding dj who travels all around the world - my decorater said that she had the same experience with Wyslavia the saturday prior at her own son's wedding! So ladies and gents, it might sound like you're getting a good deal with this venue but you WILL pay with your peace of mind! STAY AWAY!
A	Ange O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my surprise birthday hosted at Villa Polonia. the venue was great and accommodated a group of 70 people very well. However, the woman managing the room rental did not leave a great impression. She was lingering around our party from the beginning criticizing our placement of decor and food. Then to top it off she demanded we stop the party at 12am and start cleaning up when the contract my mom signed stated we have the room until 2am. My parents specifically chose this venue because of the rental being until 2am and so this was ridiculous to have to tell our guests to pack up and leave! This woman was consistently rude and even scowled at me after finding a few slices of bread in the garbage as we tried to tidy up two hours in advance. She yelled that we should be saving this to feed the birds and picked it out of the garbage! We’re all very upset with how the night ended and hope that management can address her rude and unprofessional behaviour.
