★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had surgery and the day I was discharged, my family scrambled to find someone who would come by and help me with things for a few days post-op as I recovered. We called Vidal at 9am and they were able to send someone who met us at our home at 2pm the same day. The process was so efficient and easy. And my caregiver was great! A great experience overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am impressed with the way Vidal reached out to me after I posted an ad on Kijiji for a careworker for my 106 year-old mother who still resides in her condo. Vidal's home page contained clear descriptions of services provided and provided very upfront and very reasonable pricing. I liked Vidal's flexibility in giving my mother excellent care tailored to what she wanted and needed--from a few hours one day to more extended care on another. The caregiver and her supervisor are eager to please and provide the kind of service I can recommend without reservation.
