★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't live here . Cora is rude and unprofessional . Bug and rodent problem . Barely any water comes out of the shower or faucets . They replaced the stove with these hot plates that take 20 minutes just to boil water . And sometimes the washing machines don't work and it takes my money .

I have been trying to contact the property manager Maksim Mukaj and he hasn't replied to me for 4 months!! It is a very embarrasing and poor place with very bad employees. I would even rate 0 stars if possible.
Embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived here for 11 years, since i was born but there's is kind of a cockroach problem. other than that is place is fine besides the construction in the morning is a big problem i always have school and this is my alarm clock an hour earlier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So there is a cockroach/bedbug problem but there is no annual spray or any sort of measure to keep it under control unless you file a work order...they'll maybe spray the following month. The tenants are disgusting!!! I accidently walked into the apartment below mine and it should be illegal to live that dirty there is no wonder there this place is filled with pest. On top of it they advertise is it and condominium 1325 plus hydro for a bachelor Don't do it to yourself
