★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only positive things to say about my experience here. I haven't been a resident here for long, but the moment I met with the staff here I knew it was a place I wanted to live. They have been so lovely, I feel very welcomed here and its a huge plus that it's close to work for me. I look forward to my time being a resident here and am very grateful to call it home here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartment, everything we needed with a lovely layout. Building is clean and well maintained, and has nice amenities.
Location is so close to public transit, shops and schools and on a quiet neighborhood. Overall, Management team was very professional and cooperative! Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my family are new immigrants and I was really happy we got an apartment at 5 biggin court. It's a wonderful community to stay in though we moved in recently. The management in the rental office at 5 biggin court were very kind and helpful to walk me through the process and the apartment. They did help me getting things done quickly to get an apartment and move in. Really happy with their service and commitment. Love the atmosphere. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am living in this apartment for 8 years now and I wanted to share that I am very much satisfied with the customer service they are giving to the tenants. Biggin team Resident Managers are the best. Clemente is one of the building staffs who always there when i need some help / issues with my apartment. He always care for the tenant's request all the time. When I requested maintenance at my apartment, he comes right away and fix the issues/problem very fast. The best rental experience with Centurion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable rent. Lots of families raising their kids. Nice cozy apartments. Lacks air conditioning though. Could have used a bit renovation and more decorations at the front like some benches to sit in the afternoons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived at Biggin Court apartment for over a year. The unit was renovated, clean and had a beautiful view on the trees. Never had any major problems and any issues were promptly solved by Manager Von and Superintendent Clemente. Clemente is the best Superintendent we have ever had: always helpful, polite and professional. Would be nice to arrange a small playground for kids!
