Y	Yela Habibiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why can't this camper van PAY for an INDOOR parking spot instead of blocking up Handicap parking ALL DAY EVERY DAY. Then bullying other residents to get out of "HIS" parking spot. DEFINITELY WRITING UP TO THE CEO of OXFORD IF THEY DON'T PARK ELSEWHERE.
B	Brittany Oh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 06/09/21 UPDATE: Edgardo is no longer the property manager so who am I to voice my concerns to? Our property manager changes literally every few months. This building is getting worse and worse by the day. New tenants do not have any respect for the people that are currently living here. My ceiling literally fell yesterday morning due to a water leak from the tenant above. Management did nothing but vacuum the water and debris. Telling me a contractor will come on Thursday. They expect me to sleep under a rotting ceiling, that clearly has mold residue, while my 1 year old breathes that in. Not only that, but my vehicle is constantly being toyed with. The kids in the buildings, run around the parking lot like it’s a park. They mess with peoples cars. The scratch them, lift up the windshield wipers, etc. There is NEVER any visitor parking spots available to tenants with parking passes. Janet is the worst. Very rude and unconcerned with any issue you bring to her attention. I’m disgusted and annoyed with this property and will be leaving very soon!!

M	Monika Klosowska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1780 has a huge cockroach problem and when brought up to office they act surprised even though they know which apartments are infested. There are cockroaches everyday in the halls, garbage room and laundry room. Landscaping is ALWAYS done in the morning and wakes everyone up. The super at 1790 Ronie was fired for looking into a tenants window on an evening. In all, when something has to be repaired the building is speedy, but everything else I think they need professional help.
D	Duane's World on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't even do me the common courtesy of showing me the apartment after I called, filed an application and had a viewing all set up. 30 minutes before called and told me the apartment was taken. Worst company ever, won't ever consider them in the future.

In October my tires were stolen from my parking spot . While I was seeking this property to rent , I enquired about the safety and security of the property and I was reassured that there is video surveillance coverage throughout and there is nothing to worry about, to my surprise my tires were stolen 2 months later. Today, November 29 2021, I parked my car in my designated parking spot and went to my apartment when I returned within 30 minutes all my belongings were stolen from my car. It is extremely disturbing to know that I’m being robbed in my own home when I pay a premium for an underground parking. As a tenant here I do not feel safe moreover I don’t feel that the property management is doing anything to rectify the ongoing theft. Potential renter if you value the safety of your family and yours valuable DO NOT rent here. Property management is you choose to respond to this review , please respond with actions that you take in order to curb these ongoing theft .

When & if a work order is completed the tenant is responsible for all clean up as a result of work done, or attempted & for any damage done to personal property❗
