I have dealt with other plumbers in the past, but the team at VIA Plumbing Heating was by far the best experience. They were fast to respond and help mitigate the damage to my house after a major plumbing leak. The team also identify potential problem areas, and took the time to explain the issues, without any high pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend anyone to use this company, and I will use them again in the future.

Tried to install a laundry centre myself, and found out in a bad way, I have water coming out my tap. My friend recommended VIA plumbing. They helped me with my problem as well as, explained what they have to do and what they need to do. Can’t tell you how refreshing that is, instead of someone verbally forcing you into a repair. Great people, fair rates, honest plumber.

We had a leak from the storm drain, team was on site within an hour of reporting it, Leo took the time to fully explain to us what we were dealing with, in full detail without leaving us to surprises. Cannot say much more about their service, exceptional, old school, honest and extremely reliable. For sure, without a doubt we will be using Via Plumbing for any future work that we might need.

Tiles were also installed on the floor, keeping the interesting pattern of the tiles. And the walls were painted. After that the toilet was installed, which also required some careful fitting, and the shower trim was installed. To finish up, a new faucet set was installed, and in the process, a leak in the pipes was discovered and fixed. The crew was attentive to doing things right, and they were respectful and personable too. And the rates charged were more than fair. Highly recommended.

I have used their service for almost a year now and I have to say I will continue to be a loyal customer. They are incredibly quick to respond to emergencies and any other non-emergency inquiries, provide accurate assessments of situations, have fair pricing, and most of all, they are professional, accommodating and the staff are polite and kind. I think what I like the most is that Via plumbing is able to consistently provide me with a no-fuss experience where they arrange for all aspects of the job to be taken care of, for example, cleaning up and fixing the drywall after a leak is repaired. Of course, all services are charged accordingly but this one-stop shop saves me the hassle and time. I have used other companies before in which they do their job and leave the site pretty dirty with a gaping hole that I then need to find someone else to come patch. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for plumbing, heating, and electrical needs for their home or their place of business.

I called a few plumbing companies and they had to tear down our drywall on the other side in order to find out. I searched on the Internet and found out there is a way to use a thermal gun to locate hot water leaks and VIA is the one who has this technique and with good reviews. They have a 2-hour charge minimum for inspection. My case was not complicated and it could have been done in less than an hour. But they did take the time and carefully performed each tests. And also explained well to me where were the possibilities and how the drainage pipe run etc. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives for plumbing or HVAC needs.

Also did our renovations too, took longer than expected due to shortage of staff but overall a decent job.
