These people went over a beyond being nice. I've been with them for over 6 years. They have had always good technical support and answer my questions with patients. Or when I have needed them to come to my house to service my equipment. Just this last time I talked to them to stop service because of a house fire i had equipment that I was borrowing they told me not to worry about the cost of it and that they would install service at my new address for free. They are one of the cheapest places to go with awesome service. You get more bang for your buck with these people. So try them out.

I've been with Lightspeed for a few years and I really have nothing to complain about, unlike the larger companies. I've always received exactly what I'm paying for (speeds/unlimited data) and have never recieved any increase in billing. Their office is efficient and easy to deal with whenever I've needed to make changes too. I would never go back to the big companies again. Highly recommend Lightspeed!

Very happy to have switched from Shaw years ago. We use the cable connection to Lightspeed. The price, speed, and quality is very good. We just moved houses and the switchover was painless. We disconnected the router as the last thing before we left the old address. Lightspeed arranged for Shaw to come and ensure we had service at the new address on the next day when we moved in. They arrived at 8:15 and we had internet through Lightspeed at 8:30AM. It was very smooth.

I switched to them from Shaw. With Shaw, I paid 100.00 for a slightly slower service, and I had been with them for nine years. They never offered me a promotion or anything. I had an easy time setting up with Internet Lightspeed. I did it over the phone. They shipped me a modem very quickly, maybe two days after I had signed on with them. I plugged in the modem a day before I was supposed to and hooked it up, and it worked, apparently this is because someone in my apartment building is already using Internet Lightspeed. I'm paying I think forty two bucks or something after taxes and including the modem rental fee, which is six bucks. Pros: Faster service, way cheaper, easier to set up Cons: It's more difficult to set up online banking withdrawals, so I had to do my monthly payments via credit card, the only modem they had available to buy was crummy, so I settled on renting one.

Fantastic service, unbeatable value and top-class customer service. I have never been so impressed with service that I've received from any other company in Canada. Their sales and tech support agents are professional, helpful and so very customer focused. The prices of their services are pretty much unbeatable too. I can't recommend Internet Lightspeed enough. Don't bother with the over-priced services from Telus or Shaw when you can get the same product from these guys for a fraction of the price.

Way more affordable than the other options out there. No issues really, sometime connection is weak on my phone but that was the case with Shaw previously. Decent tech support and the sales people are nice. Moved my service recently, pretty seamless process. I would recommend in an urban area like Vancouver, not sure how it would perform in rural areas.

I would like to share my experience with Lightspeed. I’ve been with Lightspeed since 2018 and never had serious issues. I moved to a new place on February 1st and here it all started. I scheduled an installation for a new place in advance. I took a day off on Feb 1 in order to provide to a technician access to my place and service room in a building, I was waiting, but a technician didn’t show up. I called Lightspeed and explained to them everything, the best they could do was to reschedule it to another day. I agreed and we scheduled an installation to Feb 4. Guess what, another day off and another frustration as nobody showed up again!!! When I called Lightspeed and explained my situation, a representative didn’t know what to say except of to offer me another appointment or whether I want to disconnect from them. You see how they value their customers. After a long conversation with the rep I was promised they would check a reason why a technician didn’t arrive twice and they will try to bring someone over weekend. It’s Saturday noon and no word from Lightspeed yet. I never received so unprofessional attitude. UPDATE: they did take seriously, after 9 days of delay the tech arrived on time and installed it. Lightspeed apologized and gave me a month free of charge.

My daughter and her mom had switched to Lightspeed.ca and suggested that I do the same when my Shaw contract expired which it did. I tried to get Shaw to renew my contract for another two years at the same price which was higher than Lightspeed but I figured it would be less hassle to just continue with them. They refused so I gave them my one month notice that I would not renew my contract. I contacted Lightspeed and took their plan but made sure there was overlap in case of issues. I only had one issue. The first modem that Lightspeed sent me turned out to be defective. They sent me a second one pronto. It was here fast is 3 working days. I still had my Shaw to use in the meantime. Lightspeed got Shaw to provision my new modem on the day I received it and I was up and running with about 10% faster speed than I am supposed to get. No complaints about this! Their technical department was very helpful. Although I'm a new customer, my daughter and her mother have been with Lightspeed for over nine months with no issues of any kind including outages. They swear by Lightspeed and all of the money they have saved so far. I look forward to a long relationship with Lightspeed.
